decent location, some issues

loud noise mould issue
The room faced the fire exit. guests used it after closing. this disrupted sleep. the shower had mould. It also made loud noises.

central location sweet staff spacious social area noisy people latched window building work
the location was very central it was very close to the arena. the staff at the bar were super sweet they were very helpful. the social area was spacious it was functional.
i was woken by very noisy people at 4.30am i assume they were from the music club next door. the windows are permanently latched open so i heard the noise all night. i accept there was street noise til the early hours there was building work next door which started at 8am.

friendly staff clean room drink discount
The staff was friendly upon my arrival. The room was clean and the bed had comfort. I enjoyed the discount on drinks at the bar. It proved a good value.
The noise levels were high from a nearby nightclub. This disturbance continued late into the night. This made sleeping difficult.

The twin room was well-kept and clean. The beds were comfortable providing a restful night. Staff members were friendly. They provided efficient check-in. The room remained warm despite cold weather outside.

convenient stay

tea making gear helpful staff friendly staff
The room included tea making gear. coat hangers were available on hooks since there was no wardrobe. i found helpful that i could leave my luggage at the bar before check-in. It was already in my room when i returned. staff members were friendly and accommodating.
the music from nearby clubs was quite loud until 6 am. ear plugs are necessary for light sleepers. it was a significant disturbance .

Acceptable Location, Dated Room

The location is really good to explore the city.
The room needs an update I saw. The photos did not attempt to make it look glamorous I knew that already. The price reflected the condition I thought.
